No we don't pull reefers. It's vans and flats 17 o/o. I'm not "recruiting" for us in fact I highly discourage others from trying to come here as there have been so many failures in the past that don't understand how to operate in spot market that you get tired when they think it's on you or others but not them. The group that's here now gets it. My comment and vote in this particular discussion was Landstar hands down. The people who make the best money in this business are the people who understand how to network. There's no such thing as networking in Choice.

I'm an ex-schn driver so I have seen their load boards when talking to O/O at the ATL OC. I have talked to several LS drivers as well. I'm not knocking LS at all. they seem to be about the same. Having said that, I know what is on the schn load board because a friend has told me what is on it just recently and I have seen it just a few months ago. Now the LS drivers could have been BSing, I don't know.

schn charges $500.00. A friend of mine who drives for R.E. Garrison in Cullman Al. also charges the same fee

I dont think SNI have vented vans but with produce season coming up I can pull Melons, Tators, & other fruit in my vented Landstar Company van for $4+ a mile. Most of the loads are on the board & most go 500 miles +. Plenty of #### good van freight on the board. Even with Drop/Hooks.

Also I was told Schneider doesnt let you book between loads? As if your sitting in Charlotte for the day waiting for your load to pick up, you cant run a quick load to Spartanburg to make a quick piece of change. You must stay committed and wait for that load.

Schneider still sounds good but Landstar just better. No disrespect or anything. Plus can you guys set up to get load alerts thru texts or email?? I just think Landstar offers much more, and no I'm not a bluestar kool aid drinker lol

In all honesty I'm sure some folks don't like to sit all day to wait to see if someone has a load that day so they can get 4.00 + a mile . That's the JIT and Expeditied game let's be honest on that
