60 series Detroit acting up..need help ASAP

    Thanks for all of your all's help. Turns out it was just some green gunk on the fuse holder in the battery box. Thanks for all your advice and help.

    That is one reason I wash out my battery box and batteries on a regular basis. I generally just use a battery terminal contact cleaner and hose off then spray on a protectant and sealer. I had this same thing happen with an FLD back in the late 90's and learned my lesson.
