10 years not yes lol

Something must be wrong!? I know a few drivers there and they never have a issue with pay. Miles yes but that outfit has payroll down pat. Did they hold your last check? Can you be a little more specific?
-
Something wrong I guess. This isn't the first time our pay was screwed up but it is the first time they haven't made it right!! I'm really upset!! No one should have to fight for money they are owed

This, SADLY and UNFORTUNATELY, is a problem all throughout the workforce, all throughout the U.S.A.!
God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!superflow Thanks this. -
I am taking a serious look at Interstate Tacoma...as solo or team. Does anyone have any other observations? I am with Swift now and they are fine, but 31 cents per mile has me looking elsewhere.
-
Lets see.. had a run in with a arrogant driver in the fuel island a few weeks ago, before that a driver was trying to politely promote the reefer division, before that a driver that claimed he/she once worked for them left because of dispatch methods and before that a driver was afraid of backing up.. don't know much else about them

Every little bit helps, thanks!

Stay with Swift! Or go to IDC and average about 1700-2300 miles per week from what I've been told.

There are always some glitches, no matter what company it is. I have two friends, a husband and wife team, who have been with IDC for about 10 years. They, like it there. They have no problems, acording to them. Lots of miles and good pay. But, there are always some who love it and others who seem to have all sorts of problems. Next time you are where the payroll people are, maybe you should stop in and talk to them. There may be a reason they have not paid you. Besides there is always a chain of command to take to get seomthing done. Just my 2 cents.
