My goodness. RIP driver.

Saw a bad one like that not too long ago in GA. A day cab with doubles wrapped around a bridge support just like that one. You could tell from the cab the driver didn't make it. CB traffic was very somber for an accident back up. You know how it usually gets truck stop ish passing time. Not that one. It was already all the way to the back that it was a truck driver fatality and our normally childish brethren and sistren were actually behaved.

Gives one a moment's pause doesn't it.

 

It's never a pretty site, and it looks like the wagon is somewhat intact, unless we're not seeing the whole picture, which is probably just as well. If you're tired, by all means pull 'er over, the warehouse has plenty of cat food, or whatever. I'm not a religious man, but do feel sorry for that person's family, someone's father, son, mother or daughter won't be coming back. Even a health emergency gives you a little warning, but falling asleep can happen in an instant.
