Wow, I'm very confused, the Landstar guys explained everything there is to know. I mean it's simple, but whatever, wish you best of luck and stay profitable

You've sounded bitter towards Landstar this whole thread....

And where is this "Landstar driver's are against one another??" I've been here for a year and every BCO I've came across jas been friendly and kind. One night 3 of us sat outside of Lee-Hi and talked for two hours. This was right after I started and they were so helpful with give me tips about certain agents to stay away from and other things. There's been times here I've passed other BCO's and got on the radio and started chatting up a storm going down the road.

Also I still dont know where you're getting these "Cheap Rates" ideas from. Most cheap stuff on the board stay on the board. Even contract cheap freight guys wont touch that's on drop trailers (Furniture out of York, PA). I don't know what the Star did to you but let it go man....

I don't think he's bitter as much as he was trying to prove a point ..

Point 1. The SNI drivers were more helpful as to the operation and the way things work , and offered PM messages to do 1 on 1 info .

Point 2. The LS folks mainly spoke on rates , they stated you got to find the good agents but none of that was offered as far as agent info or a bad agent list if nothing else . It was more of here's what I make LS is the best ..

On point 2 LS may very well be a great place to work not saying it isn't

So if your under your own authority, do you have to worry about certain brokerages? Or how about certain brokers within certain brokerages? Yep you sure do, so what is the difference? Not trying to be a jerk but just making a point.

Schneider holds your hand and spoon feeds you a rate so you don't have to worry about boogeyman.

No SNI just don't hide the fact that success and failure is based on the individual . I'm not sure as to why folks are bashing SNI for taking the time to develop a model which others have now tried to mimic
hence ( JB ) and not even close to being as efficient as SNI in doing so .

Really there is no reason to be bashing SNI if your perfectly happy where you are .. Now is there ?

And who's the boogeyman ( the broker ) .. Fact be fact the loads at F2F are fed by Covenant Expedited are they not . ? Or to some degree . If so what's the difference other than haggling over a rate

if you take a bad rate at any place it's the Operators fault no one else's .
