Sitting here in Altoona, Ia. Man has this place gone down hill. At least the shower was good.
We went inside to eat..
Should of walked next door to Burger King.
They had rice on the buffett. My wife looked at it and said even dog not eat that rice. Old chicken/ look like dried out BBQ pork and what they said was Salisbury steak in greasy gravy, with bell peppers. Yum Yum
We relded in Davenport today heading to Amarillo. Hoping to Del. Fri..

I would always walk across the street to go to the casino or even park over there. Or go to one of the restaurants across over there too.

 

We thought about hte shuttle to the casino, but we were tired and needed our shower.
Yesterday, what should of been a nice short day became real long due to the fact it took the Petro in Monee, Il.
8 hours to change out some tires for us on the trl.
I knew I needed 3, but they talked Bennett into 8 tires..
Then zig zaging around your neck of the woods in the storm last night took some extra time. Finally got to Crystal Lake like 10:30 last night and up at 5:30 to get around and awake for the riggers, who ended up being late

 

Yup too much "fudging" going on

i usually go over to the burger king, i don't like the prices they charge for there cuisine.lol......

 

Sitting at the TA in Jackson, MI after spending the morning with the local sheriffs office. Super nice guys.


Looking for a legal load to run, now I remember why I don't run 5 axle anymore. $1.60 mile to AZ, really?????

 

Picking up a load to Waterloo then head to the house. Got a buddy bringing 100# fresh crawfish from Houston. Cooking em Sunday afternoon if anyone is around Eureka, IL stop by and help eat em !

 

I wish I was going to be in the neighborhood.
