    If you are operating a CMV that requres a CDL, no probable cause or reasonable suspicion is needed to perform an inspection. It's like being subject to search when entering a courthouse, large sporting event. We have the right of free travel, but 'commercially' it is a regulated privilege. Not that I agree with that, but that is the way it is.

    If I am wrong, I would like to know. I should say PROVEN wrong.
