So what kind of stuff do the million milers get on their trucks? All I've heard of is choice of color and a fridge.

 

Was asked if I could move up my delivery time on the load of roofing. Not a problem. On the way there had a blowout on the trailer. Ended up getting there at the original time. Next load is machinery in El Monte, CA. Got to drive up on I-5 through Camp Pendelton which brought back a few memories of living in SoCal during the 80's. Spent the night at the shippers even though I was 30 min away from Ontario TA; I-10 at 1630 is like Russian roulette. Taking this load to Laredo. Hopefully get a quick turn there.

 

Headed to Laredo myself. Got a great load out of the northeast. Will be there tomorrow noon. Taking a 30 min break in Hattiesburg, MS eating some Krystal's.

Party time in Laredo! I won't be there. I had a re power lined up for tomorrow in Amarillo so I could go home, but the guy that was gonna swap with with me fell off his trailer and possibly broke a hip.

I swung by the house today for a couple hours, then headed out to do this repower. Tulsa called and said I could have stayed home for a while. Phone call was 3 hours too late! So, now I'm in Gallup for my 10.

Looks like Sunday morning for me. Found a broken hanger this morning and their system was down for 5 hrs. Extra sleep I guess

 

Go away little black cloud! Another trailer tire blown. They will all be new when/if I get to Laredo. Sheesh!

 

I blew a trailer tire one day and a drive the next day. Well we are enroute to Laredo be there Monday.

 

other options drivers usually get are chrome, fenders (half or full), fog lights, sun roof...little stupid things like that
