Lone Star , Tmc , Melton questions.

    Here is my question. These 3 show on their sites that you can make good money but i am looking for some people that have have or still work at these places to try and find out some realistic figures i can actually make with these companies. Any imput would be greatly apprciated. Thank you in advance for your time.

    You will make the most at lone star....hands down...also, you'll get real OD load training at lone star which will increase your earnings substantially.

    I second this. Lone Star is like all companies, but overall it's a pretty great place to work...or it was a couple years ago. I made good money and got a lot of practical, valuable experience with them.

    First of all, where you live is going to effect your earning potential. Each company has it's own little areas they run. Lone star will get you oversize experience, TMC and Melton are basically the same. Tarp a lot of freight, ELOGS and so on. Only perk to TMC is that you can get into their Specilized division and that seem to have more dedicated freight as well.

    I am leaning towards Lone star my ultimate goal is to drive for them and buy a truck and then lease on with them the other 2 companies i dont think they have that option.
