    Need some help just added a bully dog tuner pdi manifold and a Borg warner turbo it does not really give me any boost till at least 1400 to 1500 and the pulls like a bear in 1700 to 1900 but who revs that high not me so is that the way they are? Not real impressed so please help and pryo is running 900 :-( thank u for any help ........PS non egr series 60

    sounds like too much turbo for normal driving. sometimes bigger isn't better.

    The issue is not the turbo. It should spool fine around 1300. Check for air leaks. I have a 171702 on a series 60 and it is a bit peaky, but it is acceptable. Don't go below 1200 in high range. Are we talking 900 Pyro normal driving or at the top of a hill? Mine rarely hits 950
