I would've had to read one to know if they printed lies in them. ;)

But as they say, history is bound to repeat itself, so study it carefully. I never heeded the advice--the books put me to sleep.

You knowsome people think if thet drive a Hydro-El.car you should too.Well people who dont like are own guns will run around telling us we dont need them and come up with you see what happened at the schools.?Yes I do parents not controling kids news found out there were warning signs before the shootings but nobody paid attention to them.Me I live in TEXAS so I dont like these antigun people telling me I have no use for a gun.My work truck and pickup has a very large pistol so mess with someone that does not like guns because if you try to take my money are my truck shame on you.The saying goes rRather be tried by 12 than carried by 6.Just ask people thats been RAPED<ROBBED SHOT KNIFED if they would have loved to have a gun.

Yes me too But I dont like people telling me what I need and dont need Face it look it up every place that bans guns crime went up.Places that have no gun laws are bans crime goes down.
Read your history HITLER banned guns boy that made lots of people feel safe mainly his S/S troops. We have young people dying for our freedom so I say let these ANTIGUN A/H s go over there and ban their guns then we could bring our Military home.

I have read all of the posts on here where people have researched whether you can or can not carry fire arms in a CMV, I agree with the people who say if its in print, I can't find it.
Now the twist, I am a recently retired police officer of 21 years and have access to tons of reference material and can't find anything that confirms or denies the lawful ability to carry fire arms in CMV'S. Everyone says check with the state you are traveling through.
Here is my question, 2 years ago (about), our great president and legislature passed a federal bill which permits (allows) retired law enforcement officers to carry concealed fire arms in all 48 states. Does this mean I can carry my pistol or shotgun in my CMV when I'm driving, or not...I can't find anyone that seems to know...if any one can find it in print, please post for us educated dummies.

What about a cattle prod? Those aren't illegal and they don't know you not using it for a weapon. Hell with it, a good swingin' tire bat will work for me just fine.

If you are leagal to carry, you are legal to carry.
There is NO FMSCA law governing carrying in a CMV. It a STATES LAW and you are in fact legal to carry.
Motor Carrier rules and policies are entirely different.
