    Posted in new driver section. Interested in hearing from the experienced.

    Teaming right now. Interested in doing US Xpress or Conway - or going solo at JB Hunt.

    I plan to go solo within 1 for awhile anyway.

    What's the best option?

    Paryki if you have your haz Covenant just gave 1.5 cent pay increase per driver for haz teams. As FYI Good luck in your career

    Covenant has announced a lot of news and changs. They also will reimburse you $100 a day for each day they miss you hometime. Capped out at $200 though, but you get the point. Covenant will try as hard as they can to get you home on time to avoid paying that $100. They got reefers and dry vans, lots of good oppurtunities. I'm training with them at the moment. So far covenant seems like a real nice company. Me and my trainer were getting a lot of drop and hook runs from all these ltl carriers.
