I was curious if anyone here knows anything about CDL positions with Thyssen-Krupp. I know they run a lot of metal, but most of the trucks I've seen were dry vans and some curtainsides. Do they require flatbed experience? I see they also run under TKX Logistics.
Thyssen-Krupp. Anyone here drive for them?

Haven't driven for them but pulled a lot in and outta TK Steel in Mobile, AL and I can tell you this; SUPER strict on plant safety procedures. I think that's the one we had to have blue hardhats or use a borrowed blue one from the guard check in. Had to go through Orientation and get issued TKS ID badge. This as just a non-TKS truck driver coming in with a load. Hey, if it kept the folks safe cool by me but it kinda gives you an idea of the corporate culture and how well they enforce rules at the plant level.
Best of luck and be safe.Criminey Jade Thanks this. -
we do some logistics load for them occasionally, pays good, unloads are timely at the facility we go to

Thyssen-Krupp is a German owned steel company that happens to have some trucks. They also run hazmat/tankers for the chemicals that are required in the steel processing.

Think they work with elevator construction companies too...big-time union out-fit.

I put in an app just to see what happens. They look like they run some nice gear.
