Man, if they only paid us $2.00 an hour while waiting on hold with DBL and extended ops. I've been sitting here for 90 minutes listening to musak. Sheesh.

    mje Thanks this.

You on hold that long every time you call?Must be important if you're waiting till someone answers.Werner road brkdown was like that.TA and Peterbilt hated dealing with them for that reason.

For a while there last year it was actually pretty good. Would be normal to wait less than 10 minutes. Lately, however, has been ridiculously bad

    mje Thanks this.

90 minutes holy crap. If anything I've noticed it being faster now. What time were you calling in at?

I was talking with one of the support shift guys one night and said that they have now have a separate staff for ICs when calling in support shift hours and maybe is why I've noticed faster times when calling in. Maybe they didn't hire new people to take place of the IC support shift that got moved? But 90 minutes is insane. I'd just be sending in a message on the QC and telling them to call me when they get the message, I don't have unlimited minutes on my phone plan and I'm sure as hell not wasting it with support shift.

pattyj, Dogals right foot and mje Thank this.

Is it that important that it can't wait till Monday or you can't just send a few hundred messages over the QUALCOMM?

I sent a message to support shift the other day asking for assistance at a slow loading customer and got a response "thank you for updating us, please keep us informed". Then two hours later when I still wasn't getting loaded, I sent a different message and got the same exact generic response. Lol. So yeah, it's usually best to just avoid them at all costs if at all possible

3rd shift in the early morning is by far the worst time to call in. That's when they are all in their REM sleeping pattern.
