I am not saying you cannot succeed. Be real. In this day and age, to not finish HS is one of the DUMBEST things one can do. Then get on a forum saying Train Me. I would advocate someone like that joining the Military. They WILL train him.
I got out of HS in 1974 and went straight into Trucking. Driver, then Dispatcher, then senior Dispatcher, then Terminal Manager. I did it. Now I am in a winding down mode. It makes no difference to me who hires him or anybody. That being said, there is not a day goes by that I have regret of not continuing my education (college). Oh, and by the way, I still have my CDL, You all can have fun. I'm going to play Golf.

 

Even the military won't take someone unless they have a GED or diploma.

Sorry for those who think without a diploma, you won't get hired, you will. I know of several who are driving for companies in the area. YOU have to apply and see what happens.

I don't know the circumstances of why you don't have one but hey I just went through helping a girl get her GED at the age of 18. She had some serious problems with the high school administration, accused of something which turned out to be untrue with her involvement - can't be in two places at once is the reason why it is untrue - and had been harassed by the staff of the school. Well I discovered a bunch of people who gave up on high school because of the BS involved and now hold GEDs and college degrees.
