i don't know how you guys put up with that... If it were me standing there, I'd be tempted to give the offending driver a "corrective action" with the mag-light upside his noggin, lol!
Haven't heard that one in a while...

Scale Master: We are in the same line of work so to say. Full time police officer and part time driver. 99% of time things go well when I have deal with a driver ( I work in a major metropolitan area with many truck stops on my patrol area) But I will get the calling Marshals on occasion. You can't stop me your not a what ever ( fill in blank). You are not allowed to stop trucks or give tickets or make me move off private property the owners don't want you on. You can arrest me I called you. ( called to tell me the lot lizard took your money after agreed sex at was not to you likening and she never brought back the drugs you paid for). Why can't you just put the guy back in his truck and let him sleep it off after getting call of someone passed out face down in the parking lot. I must say most of the guys and gals we meet are real good people and I enjoy meeting them. Keep up your good attitude law enforcement needs it.

Another one I have not heard for a while is "I get 15 minutes to catch up my log book!"
Been asking drivers to help me find that one in the regs. Still cannot find it.
