How long had they known that little secret??
All that work and then you have to reload it to another place.
Why did it not just get sent there in the first place instead of going to that dealer?
Where is everyone #3

They knew late this morning that I was loading the same type of machine, they never looked at the serial numbers on the paper work to see if it was the same one or a different one. I can't blame them for that, because I probably wouldn't have either if I was them.
My permit guy asked me why it just didn't go to the other dealer instead of bringing it all the way up here, I said that's a good question, but its not within my pay grade. The nice thing about it though is that it pays just short of a $1 a mile more going to the next dealer than it did to bring it up here.passingthru69 and SHC Thank this. -
They did send me the load over the q-com, but mine doesn't like to receive when I'm moving so I didn't get it until after I was empty, if this thing was worth a dam I would have caught the serial number and never unloaded it.

Clicked off 1,733 miles in 2.5days running an OD load during Blitz week ... Only MS pulled me in and all he did was check my permit.
Unloaded in Mississippi and now in Matthews, MO for the night. Get up early and head over to KY to load some Alumnium ingots going 10 miles from the house. Think I'm just gonna run local a few days next week then load up another radioactive load to SLC on Friday.peterbilt_2005, dannythetrucker, passingthru69 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Loaded up in KY and headed home. Load delivers 10 miles from my house so it works out pretty well. 44,850# positioned just right .... I'm getting good at this lol

Rugerfan Thanks this. -
I hauled a machine one time from Chicago to Seattle. Unloaded and was supposed to reload at same warehouse. They reloaded the same machine on me they took off and I took it to San Diego. Rate per mile was .60 cents higher to go to California than the rate I got from Chicago to Seattle. Long way around from Chicago to San Diego

Ludlow, Ca at a 76 .... Put in over 1,800 miles the past 3 days and have 245 left to Tulare to kick off the Hay. Hoping to head to the yard afterwards and reload monday

It's going to be $2k in labor to do the head gasket and take off the front cover to seal it up. Might have to do a bull gear, we'll see what shape it's in. Add in a set of brakes, a/c and new air dryer and this week off is going to get expensive.
