    To be a 1099 kind of guy they cannot tell you when how where or what to do you have to be independent thus the name independent contractor .

    It is simply impossible to defend it during an IRS audit. They are the ones that will have everything you own, and then garnish your wages for the rest of your life. Thats the shortest way to explain it. besides that you will have to spend a few days looking into business law.
