Stryker SR- 955hpc Worth the Money?

Well, I haven't heard anyone say they're not worth the money, so there's that.

 

Pretty?

No in the least.

Worth it?

I can find a hundred other things to buy before that.

All the "stuff" on that radio I wonder when you have time to talk on it?

What makes it worth the money?

It is people who are willing to spend the money on it.

 

If you don't use ssb, I would go with the sr-655hp. Its $100 less than the 955 but has all the same features except ssb. I got my 655 converted and shipped to me for $325

 

I absolutely love my Stryker sr-655hp. Running it with a single Wilson 2000. I get complements on how good it sounds often. You get what you pay for. And Stryker build's quality!!!

 

You can get a cobra 29 or a general lee to sound just as loud as a styrker then take the money you saved and get a 2 pill amp and walk all over the strker for the same amount of money only worth it if you use ssb a lot.
