Will be the most expensive accident Walmart has ever been liable for and the media will covering it. If the Walmart driver was on the phone or texting at the time, the entire Private Fleet will feel the effects with much more intrusive actions by Bentonville.

The facts are that the Walmart driver slammed into the back of another vehicle and killed a passenger by his own negligence.
