Hi,
I've found a boatload of great info on here. The challenge is when I want to go back and find something I've read, I don't recall where to find it. Like for instance there's a thread from a guy at Prime about what to expect at orientation. I'm not able to find it, even when searching "Prime" in the search box. There's others too, but that's an example.
I need to start saving threads. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Danny
Is there a way to save threads on this site?

Thank you and perfect. I hadn't even thought of that. Your suggestion prompted me to go look in my history. I found the threads I'm looking for. I had thought history would only show the main site. I didn't realize it showed each page I was at. I'm not real tech savvy. So again, a huge thank you.

Not a problem at all! The history will always show everything until you clear it out. Happy hunting!

do you also know to click on thread tools to follow any thread you want updated info on
-
There is an option to automatically "subscribe" to any thread you reply.
Another option: At the top of each page there is a drop down menu:
- Thread Tools
Click that and you have the option to show printable version. Then you can copy and paste the info without all the web fluff and save it to a folder for reference anytime, like when you do not have internet access.
Under that link is also the option to subscribe or unsubscribe from the thread.
MikeeeeRoadmedic Thanks this. - Thread Tools

Another option is click on "Thread Tools" and when the drop down menu appears select "Show Printable Version".
Then when the printable version appears... right click to open menu... left click on print. Your printer menu should open asking which printer to print to. In that list you will see an option to print to .pdf. Print to pdf is the same as saving a file. You give it a file name and it will be downloaded to your computer. You can save anywhere you want like My Documents or My Downloads, etc.
Then when you want to read it later it will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader giving you many options to zoom, print, select pages, etc.
EDIT: lol, sorry PMracing. I didn't read your post, oops.
It's about the same.
Roadmedic Thanks this. -
I COPYRIGHTED MY POST AND YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY MAKE BELIEVE LAWYERS!!!!
The "print to PDF" is good info. And with PDF reader you can search for words. Very helpful in long threads when you don't have time to scroll through 15 or 45 pages, on your phone!
MikeeeeRoadmedic and CondoCruiser Thank this.
