Your "facts"are veiled opinions.
Google is awesome, you can pretty much type anything you want and you can find somebody that agrees with it. Heck, your post becomes part of the Google fact universe you speak of. Bunch of know nothing's take an innocent detail and build up a whole web of nonsense around it.
Try a little exercise with me. Did the insurance companies turn a profit last year? Big one? Little one? Do they make their money on providing people with lots of care? More care than the premiums the take in?
Nevermind...I suddenly realize that you are an absolute waste of my time. You write things that are so profoundly stupid it makes my head hurt. Go ahead, hire a lawyer to sue a company from an at will state for firing you because you don't want to follow their guidelines. They're stupid, the medical profession is stupid, the insurance industry is stupid...everyone is stupid except you...because you have GoogleLast edited: Jun 11, 2014

We could stoop to 3rd grade tactics and call one another fools or you could pull facts to back up your claims. Unlike your self, I'm willing to do research. I'm willing to questing things and push back.
Based on what I've researched, the DOT only states it has to be treated. It doesn't state how it's treated. Schneider claims that I have to use the cpap so they can make sure I'm with in compliance. Well that argument falls apart when it comes to two things.
1) Drivers Blood Glucose levels. Why? The DOT states that one's A1C levels have to be below 8.0. (A1C is a measurement of one's blood sugar over the last few months.) How ever that's only ever done once a year during the DOT physical. Schneider doesn't require to have that done every 3 months to make sure the driver is in compliance with the DOT.
2) Schneider has a policy about drivers not using their cell phone at all while driving, including blue tooth usage. Yet, they don't ask for a redacted copy of their driver's cell phone bill every 3 months to make sure they are with in compliance. Oh right, that's just a legal loop hole they can use to get out of that ticket Schneider would be issued, if the driver was caught using the phone while driving w/o using Bluetooth.
Tell me how would you feel if the company stated your only option for treatment was to go under the knife because that's "company policy"? you didn't have the option of using anything else that's been FDA approved? Tell me would you just lay back, or seek legal help.
Lets ignore the fact that according to the DOT I'm fit as a driver, lets ignore that I've done a survey in Greenbay, then get forced to take another survey cause i wasn't flagged on the first one. Its fishing for a reason, plain and simple. The lot of you are willing to just sit back and take it and complain all the while. Me on the other hand I'm willing to push back.hairytruckerswife and Lux Prometheus Thank this. -
