So I got to Nalco at 7pm last night which was 12 hours early and instead of dropping the trailer there like they normally do they decided to unload me and when they were done I had no hours left for the day so I slept there last night drove the hour to Cory OC this morning and I have been sitting for 5 hours waiting on any work order which usually is a local run to make sure ur not sitting all day but I have 7 hours left to work and no assignment yet

Hey Firespock. Great thread. I've enjoyed reading it. I'll be on with SNBC in about a week. Thanks for all that you have written. I hope to do the same for anyone thinking about making the same type of decision.

Not trying to tell you what to do but are you sure you are setting your m17 right? You are sitting too much in my opinion. If i was you I would go over this with My DBL. Cory is usually easy to get out of. Like i wouldn't have left Nalco without a load assignment, try to never start your clock without one. Just my two cents, again not telling you how to truck.

I understand what ur saying ethos and yeah I am sure I actually updated it right before leaving Nalco cause I was done with assignment way earlier then expected and the reason I left Nalco without a new one was cause still had to complete that one and usually in Cory if they don't have anything out right away they have me do local stuff which at least doesn't make me sit all day doing nothing.

When do you update your 17? Like Ethos, something seems off.

Don't be afraid to re-run your numbers several times a day and update your 17 if things change. They actually pull the 17s every 3 hours. Abuse it, that mac will get you paid if you use it correctly.

Well I had sent it before starting the assignment then resent it after unloading cause was 12 hours early unloading then never sent it again cause didn't wanna abuse it but from now on I will
