Strange behavior - can anybody explain this ??

Ok, I'll bite. One time I parked in a fulk sized parking spot as a bobtail at a crowded truckstop.


I felt guilty about it and moved to a less-than-desirable, but out of the way spot.

 

I didn't see the part where opened the door for you, tipped his hat and said ""gooday mam'"

 

Ah...The god complex of all law enforcement and former law enforcement...I can break the law because I wear a badge and it does not apply to me. I will write you a ticket because I can..etc,etc

 

Talking of "strange behavior" and being a bone fide citizen of Europe, I see many folks "dipping"
Perhaps your model trucker that has the gold plated manners doesn't succumb to this rather odd behavior

I say odd, because if you were to travel throughout Europe, anywhere, anytime you wouldn't find one soul doing it.
The only resemblance was way back in the 50s n 60s when Snuff was in vogue.
But that stuff was a fine powder which gents would take a huge "sniff" and it would bolt up their noses.
Not quite sure what the sensation would create, but that went out the window as did the Dodo bird, many years ago.
But strange behaviors can come in many fads and acceptable habits.
I guess I'm a rarity in trucking as a tobacco fetish just isn't my thing.

What I thought was weird was when I went to go take a leak the guy started spraying cologne after he finished bussiness and took some handkercheifs out and cleaned the seat.

 

he was a user of the new red mtn dew...does strange things to very normal people
