    Turbo driver,
First let me say THANK you for the kind words. It's nice to know that people care. I cannot belive that your mother worked on top of that for a disability insurance co and they treated her that way. My prayers are with her and Im glad she won.

As for my accident you hit the nail on the head, I did report to WSP that my neck was sore and they asked me if I needed an ambulance, BUT i said NO. Also your right about no cars being towed, the women that hit me was arrested almost as soon as WSP arrived, Im not sure what happen to her car as the WSP officer took her to jail and left the car there for the womens mother to make arrangements for it. I in turn took myself to the hospital, and Im the one that DEMANDED a dot test for alcohol and drugs. (to protect myself from later allagations.

As i said Im angry and I guess thats human nature, I guess because i think of myself as caring about people, I expected that from National food, I guess i can understand also about what you say that I have cost them alot of money, I think to date with all my medical its like 200.000.00 dollars.

In defense of National ( and trust me this comes hard to say) They HAVE continued to pay me for the time i have been off work, and to date so far as i know they have paid all my medical exp.

They did however FIRE me as soon as they got the chance( and without GOOD cause) , And this I found hard to swallow. But i will take your advice and at least contact an attorney.

Once again THANK YOU. Chris R.

It's not just drivers who become a liabilty, but ones who have filed workers comp claims in the past also.

I would advise any CDL-A drivers to stay away from this outfit. Management looks down on you unless you brown-nose, and even then you are just a warm body. They will have you go pick up a trailer that is already loaded, and if overweight, you pay the ticket...not them. They hire illegals in the warehouse and production lines. Drivers get foul language used at them, dispatchers tell other drivers that a particular driver will be the next one to get fired, they lie about the reason you were let go and deny you unemployment. They slander drivers, discriminate, retaliate and basically treat you like garbage. They put the most worthless people in the office, so they get their way. It is a family owned business, the Bookey Family. The most arogant one, and the one everyone in the office is afraid of is Kevin Bookey. Heads up drivers. You could damage your career by going here.
