It's hard for me to run after the kind of accident it caused lol.

I would like to say when she is left at home to defend the home front on her own it's equally tough on her. My wife has been a trooper driven hours to do my laundry and kiss me on the forehead while I slept. Let my three little ones see that Dad is ok alive just trucking. However sometimes enough is enough in my mind I had to work as a pipeline mechanic 5 months a year for health insurance. Our youngest son was born with a heart defect. The other 7 months I trucked because I don't know but those two things. In my mind I had to provide for my family. I had to be sure she spent all the time she could while she could and be able to spoil him. In my mind I was making a sacrifice for them. Looking back that's just what I told myself so I could feel better. Insurance money none of that mattered really me not being there to prop her up does still matter. I remember well the call, I remember well me telling him Dad is coming please hang on. I remember well the response I can't repeat but it was undeniable faith in me and this old Pete. I was his idol could do no wrong in his eyes. That's my attachment to my ol ride is it's his, that's why his big brother is so hell bent on this disease that gets in our blood they were partners he is keeping his word. I know every ones circumstances are different but they are just as important to them as those I just described. It's been 4 years and in the back of mind every day I am afraid it's time for me to pay the piper. I would give the truck away to save my life with her but it's likely too late. I made these choices no one made me do it, I put myself in the position to chase the devils herd, all I'm asking is think about it. It sucks to be parked for the night at 359 peterbilt avenue. A few short miles from home. Both make sacrifices for the family one thinking that they sacrificed more or reminding the other is risky territory is all I'm sayin been there done that.

Crap not loving this 680. Had me in the shop for some wacky code for 3days last week. Now back in the shop until Monday for the same thing. Stupid code doesn't even effect the truck. K Dubya needs to step up their game. Sitting is not cool for Kid Dinomite. I got White line Fever and its contagious!! Oh ya Parked at Greeley shop for the next few days. I so want to puke.

Glad I had an all day to make this drop. Set the alarm for 0600. When I woke up it seemed awfully bright for 0600. Checked my phone, and it was dead. Forgot to plug it in so no alarm clock. Lol. Anyway it was 0930.....so went and finished this trip now gonna do a 34 at the casino in Altoona. Buffets and poker. Sounds like a great Father's Day weekend to me!!

The incredibly busy Loves in Leary, TX. Probably annoying some of these folks seeing as I'm in two spots but thats what has to happen sometimes.

Dropped our final company trailer in their yard in Fontana, CA... Truck is parked in our driveway and QualComm is coming out tomorrow! Sipping some wine, munching on some beer brats, sauerkraut and potatoes... Kicking back on the couch and playing on unlimited bandwidth internet! Tonight... Life is good!

    Yep... Need more wine!!
