MCITP, A+, N+, Sec+, MCSE, have them all, and was being recruited by a couple of companies. The IT dept manager at both companies told me to get my Certs then apply that I would have the job because they already seen my quality of work. Well wouldnt you know, 2 weeks from graduation and the jobs are filled

I am on the network side. CCENT, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE written, ITIL, SEC+, CISSP among other qualifications. I can make twice what a driver makes, but that isn't the point anymore.

I have been turning down interviews telling them I have chose another job.

And the new drivers for TMC will get garbage loads also, at delivery point on Sunday night, and most every night and off loaded and empty sent before FM is even at work and still get crap, only ask to go home every 4th week and still can't get over 3500, to the truck, so even if you don't slack off you will get crap runs until you get time in here, as I am, and I cam here as an experienced driver and trainer.

Maybe suggest a new freight area? Seems like something is off, cause I can get more than that being home weekly.

Your not doing something right. Maybe you pissed off your FM. If you stay out 4 weeks you should get great freight. maybe your not managing your clock well enough. Maybe you dont keep your left door shut and maybe you sleep at truck stops instead of the cosign. But, if you prove your a hard worker you will get great freight with in a month of signing on.

Average tmc is 3250, so 3500 is still above average. @ 28% thats 980/week plus tarp fees. Not bad.

Out for 4 weeks for only around $1000/week? Doesn't seem that good either, unless those tarp fees really add up. I'm a local guy in my first year and almost make that.

D1-2c it all depends on how you perform, how long you're out, and where your freight lanes are. If you're experienced and want to stay out, go to the Deere side of things. I made a killing over there the past couple years. Especially with a rgn.
