You wouldn't be a recruiter? Why these questions now, if you already have a CDL?

Please don't put down western express, they give a lot of people a second chance in life and they are to be applauded for that.

    Chinatown Thanks this.

No they aren't to be applauded for that. Wow. Wow!! Let's school you a little. Exploiting one's situation isn't "a second chance". Putting people on the road who shouldn't be isn't anything to applaud.

You got to start somewhere. Might as well be local my 2 cents.

Does it sound like good news? That depends. It means you are going to get hired. Are you married? If so then getting out of the house just could be the best thing to happen to you.

    Chinatown Thanks this.

That's not setting a good example for MS13 members..
Im sure there are some current members loading my truck daily.
I think they know I like guns as much as the next redneck.
Gangmembers working around me wouldn't run me off.
They should worry about who I know.

It suits his wants and needs though, no OTR, regular hometime, linehaul running Southern CA with an occasional Phoenix/Las Vegas. It wouldn't be right for me because I prefer coast-to-coast, but it fits the bill for "solo86.

Gardner a "good company"? LOL! Pay is low because they rip off the drivers. Yeah, I've worked there... and it didn't take long to figure out how bad they are.

And yet you praise Gardner, who does the exact same thing. I've never seen so many under-qualified drivers as I did when at Gardner. No driving test, no PSP eval, and lots of ex-cons behind the wheel. They don't call the Chino yard "Chincano State Prison" for nothing.

I didn't praise Gardner. I know a few guys over there and they are pretty happy with them. Equipment is good and management treats them with respect.
