Where's my idle bonus? No back pay for all the days I didn't idle for a past employee?

 

You get to idle all you want now that's your bonus

 

You send idle requests dude I idle every night and don't get charged

 

Do keep an eye on your check stubs though. I religiously turned in my idle requests, my DM took care of me just fine but those knuckleheads in Payroll still managed to charge me.

A phone call to my DM got it reversed, but gee whiz it was a friggin' pain in the posterior.
(Somebody really oughta call the Oregon Labor Commission and complain about May's policy of docking pay.)

 

Find a better company, I did and couldn't be happier and I idle all the time and I'm home a lot more.

 

Lookin into other companies jus haven't found one that is good move yet got jus under 8 months n living in truck been a hell of a ride may has treated me good but also kept them in check but lack of incentives is gettin old

 

That's a joke they ask people to sacrifice living on the road and they charge an employee money to stay comfortable and rested cause its hot and they need to idle? I know fuel is a big expense but that's the cost of doing business sorry. Im sure they aren't charging office staff money cause they use too much electricity and the power bill for the month was too high for them! That right there goes to show you that they don't care about their employees and their well being
