Return to ACT (American Central Transport)

I'm spending the night here at the soap plant. . But I learned to avoid that construction. .

I74 to exit 18.. left at the light. . Right at the next light. . Then left again at the next light. . Puts you Spring Grove. . Just a few miles from the soap plant.

I have a pre plan from Florence KY back to St Jo for as fast as I can make it happen. . Once there I have to go back to the shop. .

Had my APU serviced And today while fueling I noticed my right side fairing scratched 3/4 of the way up. . Then what looked like swirl mark scuffs.. and pieces of the rubber missing next to the fairing. .I think a ladder or something fell against the truck. .I couldn't figure out the scuffs though. .

Then BAM! Duh.. they tried to buff the scratches out and got the rubber extension so hot it melted.

I called Richie this morning after I noticed. . He said he'd take care of it. . Just wish the tech had been honest instead of trying to hide it.

 

I'm at the yard. . Deliver to St Jo in the morning.

Good Lord that must have been one heck of a cookout at the shop. .I can't remember the last time I saw this many trucks and trailers on the yard.

Be safe. .I called in on a drunk driver. .Ya know. There's buzzed driving and then there's DRUNK driving. . This car was in the center lane on 435 and was weaving so badly he almost hit the guard rail on both sides. . I'll normally give them the benefit of the doubt. . But this was ridiculously obvious.
