Thanks for your reply. What's your opinion of Ryder? Swift has been good to me, except they seem to take pride in maintaining a low pay rate. I am currently making .33 cents per mile and can't quite get to 4K miles per week (16.5 cents per driver).

Swift is a stepping stone. Teams at OD would net you double or more than Swift.
Ryder doesn't pay very well compared to some local work. (out and back, home daily) -
Ryder in Nashville recently post signs about weapons. Even a friggin pocket knife is not allowed on the premises
