Thanks as I expected far better stats, and less trucks. Sad really.

 

When a truck fails inspection or u r over weight does it hurt the driver or the co? HOS I understand would hurt both because the driver knowingly drove but if a co. doesn't fix there (your) truck what the hell can ya do?

 

Under CSA2010, almost every violation affects both the driver and the company. About the only proactive thing a driver can do is refuse to work for companies that have junk equipment, because it will affect your record.

Otherwise... pretrip & get any problems fixed before hitting the road for the day.

 

Super service from what I was told by a driver who has been there since gainey, he told me that ss is loosing their customer base, as well as their drivers, ss has changed for the worse I've been here for just over a year and I am thinking about leaving soon, this company doesn't know what their doing

Anyone can let me knw about super service as of today?

 

Looking for a company that's small not really big because I hear a lot of bad things about big companys and was considering super service.

 

I started with Super Service in December of 2013 and in early February 2014 my then 15 year old daughter attempted to commit suicide. My dispatcher wasted NO time getting me home! I was in Pennsylvania at the time and he got me a load going to Winchester, Ky and let me dead head home! Two days after I got home David's boss called me and asked how my daughter was doing and he said he was glad to hear she was doing better. They weren't concerned about their truck and trailer, it was all about me and my family's well being! They always got me home on time for home time and I never had to bug them about it! I stayed out 12 days and I worked my back side off for them and they took VERY good care of me! I'm going back this coming Tuesday and I can't wait! I absolutely LOVE this company!! I can't say enough good things about them!!

 

This company came within one point of being shut down due to safety violations. Constantly push their drivers to drive fatigued. Harrass drivers with the QUALCOMM. Find a company that considers drivers people. Super Service is not one of them.

 

If it only took one point to almost shut down Super Service then please enlighten us all with how it is that CRST is still in business!?!? I drive for Super Service and my DM doesn't bother me unless it's an emergency or something has changed with my load. Like the consignee has changed or something. Other wise he NEVER bothers me. We run E-logs so I don't see where you get they try to force you to drive fatigued! Sounds like a hater!
