I was behind one of their drivers Monday morning (Al).It was just starting
to get light out,and this driver made a hard right, and opened his door,
while still rolling around 35,or 40 mph If I had to guess.
I thought maybe he had a interior fire,or something crazy inside cab.
Turns out,he had to Puke, and was hanging off while still rolling, and buicking
all over the place.
That's about all I know about Osborne.Trucks maybe smell funny?Tenn I See Trucker Thanks this. -
One would think that the question should have been asked before hiring on, but that's me.
TruckDuo Thanks this. -
Hmmm....someone didn't do any research before signing up. Good luck

Sorry for asking the question the wrong way. I have filled out an application and have been approved for orientation. I am checking on the company now. Do you know anything about them or you just read forums and post remarks to post.
OPUS 7 Thanks this. -
I just post to post
but on a serious note,If you are concerned,I would suggest
you hit up some of the drivers at the fuel island,or ask your
recruiter what kind of turn over they have.
Its always gonna boil down to what "you" want, and get out
of any company you drive for.
I wish I could help you,but what I posted,was all I really have
seen from Osborn.
Im pretty shy about any company I look at.One mans trash
is another mans dream job in trucking.Hope they are a good
fit for you,and If you go there, keep us up to date.
It may help the next driver. Good luck!! -
No need to apologize,i have worked for osborn going on 6 years.I ran regional for about 3 months annd d have ran honda dedicated
-
sorry about that.I have ran dedicated for the last 5 plus years with them. The turnover here is terrible, they lose 8 to 10 drivers weekly and the reason for this is due to the bad equipment as well as some of the staff. As of 6 months ago celadon has owned osborn and some say we will be getting new trucks but who knows.I make good money here but have to run hard to get it.What the other driver said about the lying is true so get it in writing if they promise something which is a good idea with any trucking company these days.Good luck and if you have any other questions let me know and i will TRUTHFULLY answer them for you.
