Hey Superflow. This is not the way drivers should deal with getting screwed...although its tempting to take an eye for an eye, its also not right. I agree these companies shouldnt get away with this crap too. They should be taught a lesson for all to see, but industrial sabotage is not the answer. I wish I did know the best solution, but I only know that yours is definitely not it.

Small claims will get you your $$$. Talk to a small claims adviser, they're usually free. Talk to the Idaho State Labor Board too. I don't know how it works in ID, but in CA the state would get you your money plus a penalty.

I've never worked for a co. that used DAC (It would be an automatic disqualifier for me) but I believe the procedure for disputing information is very similar to how you dispute info on your credit report, something I've done several times.

I'm hoping they do go under. More work for us. Lol. We are one of Sysco's in house carriers out east. Be nice to grab Giltner's work. Hell it's only a matter of time until they're done.

So how was your paper work turned into the office? Did you use one of the two national scanning services you see at truck stops? If so, you should of recived a sent confirmation #/ recipt. On that is a reference # the company can trace/ refer to find the paper work.

Lol! Save the recruitment pitch for Craigslist, along with promises of HUGE bonuses, more miles, new trucks, and more $ per mile. I don't buy into it for one minute! :D

Western flyer and ChefBrianN Thank this.

The user name pretty much signifies that it has to be someone in the office...who else would sign up in forum using a company name?

    ChefBrianN and stevep1977 Thank this.
