Redriderex, nah I was in the orange shirt with decaying dry van in the pouring ran.
Every time Freightliner uses splash, my gravity and personal enertia is greatly affected.
It wishes it was a Gyarados.
Magicarp used splash a lot today. Stuff started flying out of bins and down onto me.
Carp, carp, carp...lol
Shut down at De Pere Us Mills. -
Wow. What an absolute waste of a day. Last night, I spent the night at the cons, I unstrapped last night so I could get unloaded and start my day later. I get unloaded and have to make my way over to a shop to get a new tire put on a trailer. Tire on at 1030am. Receive a pre plan to pick up 60 miles away at 900. They said we know what's going on, get there when you get there. I make it at 1230 because roehl loves to send you back roads.i get then proceed to wait until 1618 to get loaded. No idea if I can get detention for that or not? Anyway, took a long time to get loaded and a longer time to tarp because I forgot none of my steel tarps had flaps so I needed to readjust them. So all that time and effort, for a worthless 86 miles relay to roetg. I did get to pick up a load from there and make it down the road to the demote ta for the night. Only 570 miles for the weekend. Will be at my stop tomorrow. Looks like more layover time for me. I am so sick of sitting on the weekends away from home.

I enjoy it Bee. Its better than the Customer service jobs I've had all my life.
I just worry about being put out for being inexperienced.
As Kyperus trucking back home told me about my two hooked bumpers. Congrats, your human.
What Roehl FM said. Strike two. -
It's still better most of the time than the last couple jobs I've had. All the garbage they've put me through and the hell of strapping and tarping in 95* and 100% humidity, I still really enjoy driving and flatbed, and even hauling steel (which some people tend to hate. Just not Roehl. Something I forgot to add, I know I just came off hometime, but the load that I picked up and relayed was delivering 30 miles from my house. I could have taken that load, delivered and sat at home for a day instead of in Wyoming, WV. I am done with Roehl. All they are to me is a paycheck until I find somewhere else now. That doesn't mean my quality will ever slip even a little bit. Not who I am. I will update a couple applications I have put in a while ago and figure out if tmc wants me or if I'm going to be bored for a couple months of shuttling steel back and forth between Pittsburgh and Cleveland, but being home most every night and making a better paycheck than my best one here. After that, who knows. There are several very good local/regional flatbed companies near me that want at least a year experience. (I have called and asked anyways) maybe I find myself my own truck and trailer and own authority. I don't know yet. Maybe both.

Spending my weekend at the Beckley WV gomart. Across the street is a Texas theme bar/restaurant that has some tasty local craft beers on tap. Have a feeling I'll be spending some quality time here. Not sure how the food is yet.

Erie, PA at the Pilot off I-90. Looks like a reset as I can't get from under this load until Monday morning in Rochester, NY.
