ran the NASCAR cones on 80 coming out of SLC, laughing my butt off at scale house. some deep deep south (Spanish) driver was being quizzed on what certian signs mean. 9 of us waited for one to check our papers. blew off the TA. found a nice piece of asphalt here in little america. dare I say its not windy in Wyoming?

 

Just incase you all didn't hear, Passingthru (Carl) had a heart attack and is in the hospital. He said they had to put in 1 stint and he's gonna be off the map for a little while.

 

I just saw a post yesterday from him. sudden wow. did they(Dr.) say when he can be up and move about?

 

Sad to hear about Carl. Hope he can get on here soon and let us know how he's doing.

 

I also got a text from him. He is in Houston if anyone is around there.
Him and his wife need nothing at this time he said, although a visit would go over very well I would imagine....

Thursday or Friday, they had a couple of the blades fall off the train they sent from Corpus to Garden City. I skipped down to Liberal for a load and the railroad guy showed me some pics.

 

For those of you that have Carl's phone # and talk to him regularly, let us know if him and his wife need anything. Hope he gets back on his feet soon!
