Thank you for the chance to clarify. I have a lower back injury which I had a prescription for Tylenol 3. While in prison they would not give it to me of course. When I got back out, my friend gave it back to me. So, no I did not take the drug just to cover up my other drug use. I took the drug to help my back and to make it easier to sleep. The side benefit was messing with the parole officer. I could have requested something without the codeine.

I congratulate you on your work with ex offenders. As to doing more time, the first time I commit a real crime, I will let you know.

I am going to be trying to get a job working at VenturelOGISTics and, I am wondering if anyone out there knows do they do a hair follicle test. I quit smoking green a few days ago and, want to better my life by trying to become a truck driver. does anyone think they can find out for me please this is a very important step in my life and I want to do the right thing by being clean safe and honest but not sure if im 'screwed' because of my choices in my past. thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this for me.

 

Hi allen, we've been over this and over this, but I don't think many companies do hair testing, as it is quite expensive. I know for a fact Schneider does, and I'm sure some others as well, but you can find out (although, nowadays, if you ask, you are guilty) Depending on your weight, it can take 3 weeks to a month for weed to be down to levels they accept( incredibly minute). Might want to wait a while.

 

If you only quit a few days ago You should wait at least a month before looking for a trucking job. Shave your entire body today that way in a month you'll be clean and won't have to worry about hair follicle testing.

 

I don't know, HotH2o, clean shaven all over may look a little suspicious. If I had to submit to a hair test, I'd shave everywhere except 1 place. Have at it, sweetheart.

If he submits to a hair test in the next few days or weeks he's screwed. My point was to shave now, wait a month for the pot to get out of your system. Your hair will grow in that time. When he's ready to piss in a cup his hair will be clean should they ask for a hair sample.
