You usually need to ask your DM for your safety score. It is not displayed on the kiosk.
It should be mentioned each month with your review, but for me it hasn't been. It's been a while since I've had the rundown.
The dispatcher in Columbus mentioned it to me, maybe because I had a good rating and he just happened to see it on the screen.
He was blown away that I actually had a -13 a while back.
Late doesn't matter that much if you send in a Mac22 before, to say why you are late. They can deal with that, if it is sent early enough.
Sometimes not so much.
I got stuck in accident traffic 10 miles from my delivery. I sent a Mac22 to explain, but it was a JIT load. I got a service failure.
2 other times I was counted as late when I made an on time delivery. Plus-1 with one and crossed wires with the other.
The other 2, I overslept and it was my own stupid fault.

The actual target maximum idle time, if I remember correctly, is 16%. The OP had an idle time of 42% and that will be flagged for attention in the system.
I consistently run between 3% to 8% idle time, but I'm most comfortable breathing fresh air and prefer to park where there aren't other trucks idling. I open all the vents and have a couple of those screens for the front windows. Any little breeze helps. Having a fan on helps.
If it just gets too uncomfortable to sleep, then by all means idle away. You have to sleep in order to be safe.
