Lol. .I definitely agree with that BK.. in another life I was parts and service director at one of the largest Ford dealerships in the 4 corners area. . I've used the saying "changes are coming and they're good"..
Sometimes good for the workers. . Most of the time it appears good for the workers but truly benefits management. . We'll See what comes down the pike.
I'm spending the night at the Holliday inn by the yard. . Nice to get out of the truck if only for a night. .
I deliver in Salina tomorrow and am pre planned on a load from McPherson to Elkhart IN..722 loaded 40 empty. .I can deliver Monday if i want. . But it's not scheduled till Tuesday. . (Monday delivery will give me 3,900 miles for the week).. didn't think I'd ever say this. . But that's to many miles on elogs. -
IDK seems to me everybody should be able to partake in the discussion . Atleast have a video feed of the meetings something. Cameras in the trucks not a problem . Cameras in there meetings only seems fair and balanced

M first settlement with ACT w/o truck payment was over $3,040 . Folks ask how can that be done and I said know how to get fuel and drive slower , keep them rpm s low. Listened to ya ll on here to for advice thank you. Im successful bc of that.
BlackLions and harlycharly55 Thank this. -
Problem is most drivers don't listen.... and then cry and complain that it wasn't handed to them on a silver platter - hell there's drivers at the company now that have been here for one to four years and still complain and dog the company, yet still here.
Also, quite a few won't qualify for employment at Act.harlycharly55 Thanks this. -
Wow! Sounds like everybody is doing well! That's great
I spent the night at the yard. . Had to get a tire changed on the trailer. . (Another $50 trailer repair added to my settlement on Friday)

And i got to meet/chat with the ACT orientation class. . And my recruit Ged
Received a 3 load offer. . One was already late. . Two i didn't have enough hours. . So i took three. .Valparaiso to Springfield Mo.. Running on recap this week.BlackLions and kkiesznowski Thank this.
