I'll be coming up on 1 year with melton in 12 days. Hope I don't see a drop in miles after that. I'm also at .42 currently.

Sitting in TX for the night, deliver north of Denver in a couple days. I'll be getting a 34, finnaly!

I am towards the bottom end of the pay scale. I have never been late or a pain or bad PC and my miles are not blowing anything out of the water. If companies give the students all the miles they forgot about me. My miles aren't horrible but this past week was my first 3000 mile week in 3 months.

Last week was just over 3700 miles for me. Those $1,600+ checks are nice! They just done come around often enough! Usually I get 2800-3000 miles. Some weeks are great and some weeks are bad, like this week.... I think I'll have around 2000 miles at the end of this pay period.

Well I am at TA off the 35/71 in Jeffersonville Ohio. I came here a couple weeks back when I delivered some ladders. Drove through nothing but mountains today in Virginia and West Virginia. Nice views though all the way.

I agree totally. I have been happy here and what they did for me to get home was proof that Melton does truly care about us out here. My DM was very supportive and was awesome. So even when I have a bad day or a complaint they are small

I have been averaging right around 2200 miles a week for the last month. That does give me about a $1000 week. So not bad. I can't really complain.
Picked a load in Cheyenne yesterday on the way to.Fremont CA. With an extremely tight time line. Getting a tire changed in Toole, UT.

I went west one time. Other than that I was all over east coast doing 3-700 mile over night hops. I was lucky to get 1800 miles a week. A guy that has the same dm is running the same as I was an is actually coming over here.

I will agree if you have a dm that does their job you have it made and Melton is a good company. But majority of dm will treat you like your a disposable commodity.

I have heard that. I got really lucky with my DM. If I had to change DMs and they did me wrong I would definitely be changing companies.
