    Passed everything with skills test today, but turned down the job. The insurance was just not good enough for my situation. Will be staying at abf at least for now. Thanks for all the comments. Everyone take care and be safe

    In your interview be truthful and to the point. We have a few ex-union drivers at the DC and I can't recall one ex-union driver going back to their union job, in their words they don't want to go back to the "union BS".
