Parked Here for the Night

I'm betting a cab ride to the Ontario airport to rent a car would be cheaper.

 

Priceline. com had rentals out of the Ontario Airport starting at $11, lol.

Estimated $30 round trip cab fare to the airport and back.

 

Well plans didn't go as well as they thought they would. Got to receiver 3 hours early and they didn't take it early. Then went to pick up my load down the road and they just finished loading. So No more 14. Not a lot of room so I parked on the street to finish my break. 3 hours and I can head to the Big D area. Also if things go as planned. I may be rockin a new sig pic in a week or so. We back quiet~~~~~~~~~

 

Loading empty pallets in Eaton, CO to take to Phillipsburg, KS.

 

What are you doing in my neck of the woods. We use to pick up those pallets and take them to Grand Island, but guess we only take Chep pallets over there out of Denver now.

 

Dropped a load of refrigerators in Aurora. had a noon appointment. The guy said next time get there in the night and they'll unload them at 8am when they open.

I usually pick up beans in Lucern. Either way I hate running 85.

 

I picked up beef once in Greeley years ago with Stevens.

Loves in Katy, TX. Waiting for the ex to get here so I can take her and my 3 girls out to dinner (we actually get along better now then when we were married). Will deliver in the am just outside of Sealy than take a 34 with the kids and head back out Sunday

 

Today was a typical waiting day... 4 hrs at the receiver... Because I arrived 1 hr early and they took 3 hrs to unload... But broker will pay some detention... then, rushed to next shipper about 1:30 hr away and another 3 hrs there... Cause load wasn't ready... But once they got it ready, it took less than 30 mins to load. Rushed to nearby FJ in NC for scale and fuel.... Now parked at the very end corner where hopefully it will be safe and quiet and easy to leave...
Saw a lady walking around parking lot...



Didn't think anything of her... But then, she got inside truck next to me... I saw her showing something on her chest to the driver... Then she started waving at other drivers, grabbed the CB mic and started chatting with them... I didn't hear anything cause my CB is not working very well... She didn't stay in the truck very long though... Seems she and the driver didn't agree with something and she left...

I am going to take a shower now... Will have my warm meal of the day later and go to bed. Will start driving around 3:30 am....
