Any company that makes a living having to lie to people in order to entice them to come work for them is rotten to the core. When a company has the practice of stealing someones money when they decide to terminate there employment I will never forget it for as long as I live. Can you tell
me how many people have leased a truck with Hirschbach since 2011? How many of them managed to complete the lease successfully
and end up owning a truck? 5%? 20%? 50%?Last edited: Jun 28, 2014

I can't but I can tell you that things have changed significantly. I have no reason to doubt your claim that money was stolen from you when you quit. What did you do about it? Did you file a claim against HML to get your cha-ching back? You probably should have.
-
File a claim with who? Hirchbach? No I wrote it off
and chalked it in the bad experience column of
life. If they needed the money that bad I hope they
enjoyed it. I just dont believe they have changed.
Once a thief, always a thief. Its my prerogative to say what I want about this company. How about
some drivers that have completed a lease or are
currently driving for them posting on this thread?
And not someone who just joined in the last 60 days. No company shills.... -
If someone let's say, "stole" my pet deposit I would file a small claims case against HML (and/or any company that kept my money). Don't cry about them being thieves if let them take what they owe you. You should have done something about it. Your whopping 2 months of experience there, while outstanding, hardly qualifies you as an expert as to what is or was going on. Several shady things came to light and changes were made, charges were filed and most of those issues have been resolved. The company is, reluctantly, on the right track. They still have a long way to go, but at least they're looking in the right direction. It's my opinion that they path they take to being a good company will go astray because they have a tendency to play in the gray instead of walking in the light.

I think 2 months of experience was two months 2
much. Like I said, lets hear from some current or
previous drivers that are rolling in the dough from
a Hirschbach lease. Why not print one of their lease contracts on here so we can all see what a
great deal it is? What is the minimum requirement
to lease a truck now? A CDL and a warm body temperature? Maybe the IQ of a grapefruit? Yes I
am sure they are a new company now. They really do care about their drivers dont they. Hundreds maybe thousands of drivers own there own truck
because of top notch advice and support they received from the people who run Hirschbach. -
Hey Tom you can insult me all you want to. What is your reason for defending this low life company? Are you the same individual that was
running the orientation back in 2011? What a joke
telling me to file a claim against a company that
steals money from its driver's and expects them
to break the law in order to get their freight delivered on time. I tell it like it is buddy. Anyone that leases a truck from this company is a chump.
I am still waiting for any drivers to post on here
about successfully completing a lease with this company. -
sat in 105 deg heat "because he was out of hours"???
i guess "liars and cheaters" who use paper wouldnt sit in that
if hirschbach knew he was sitting and cooking and they did nothing to get him moving, i would say it has a lot to do with hirschbach
and if this is a DOT issue where you are forced to sit in 105deg heat because you are "out of hours", is sweating to death preferable than running while tired?
gimme a break -
Nope, I never ran orientation. I'm not defending the company, I'm telling you it's changed a lot since 2011. I'm not sure how you think filing a claim against someone the stole money from you is a joke. It's the right thing to do. Chocking it up to a bad experience and moving on doesn't solve the problem for you are for anyone else thinking of going there. Eventually some things did come to light and some issues have been resolved. There is still significant room for improvement, but improvements wont be made unless good people press those changes forward.russtrucker Thanks this.

It did changed. More trucks, most 2015 trucks have ultrashift+.
