Hi patty, well it was at 10 pm, so I'm sure he had a snoot full.( gravel pits usually close at 3:30) Dump trucks usually fly under the radar, as they never go over a state scale and are poorly maintained, as the driver is usually responsible for greasing and brake adjustments. DOT focuses on road trucks, but if I was a DOT enforcer, I'd stop every rock hauler I saw. I drove dump trucks for many years, and the junk I saw would make anyone cringe.

Luckily, in my neck of the woods, both the DPS and locals pull over and inspect the dumps/belly/tail dumps on a pretty regular basis.

They survived so that proves your theory wrong. In trucking woman actually do better because they are not as aggressive. Looking back every truck accident I've seen were men.

That makes 3 times you have posted that. You might as well make it your signature if you feel that strong about it. :)

    The girl was only 15.

The real issues here are one hero and one coward which I hope they fry.
