I have worked for specialized for 3 years I have had run ins with doug and marci but like with anyone if you talk and not get stupid you can resolve most problems, I have never had a problem with my pay, if you pulled a overweight load you should not have left shipper until it was right too many people blame everyone but them self's for thing's going wrong.

If you see someone defending a company with only one post you can be sure its almost always a company seed.Good call out guys.

 

This business is absolutely awful. The owners, Doug and Marci, are downright despicable, miserable, angry, deplorable, people who want to pass on their misery and hatred to everyone else. They treat everyone they come in contact with with animosity and injustice. They are completely unfair, selfish, and unprofessional. They will literally yell, call names, and concoct lies to serve their own purpose of the current moment. I really feel sorry for them because someday, Karma will come back and serve them what they've been dishing out. I would not recommend that anyone become a business partner in any sort of way shape or form with these despicable inhuman beasts.
