I had mine done at Cantwell, too. So far I haven't had any issues with it.

Junk, junk, junk. My dynasys has been working fine for 3 weeks now.
thats the longest it's lasted without something breaking in 4 months.
normally it works for about 3 days after coming out the shop before
something else breaks.
these things are a total nightmare at our company.
everybody hates them, the drivers, dispatchers and the shop.
since there under warranty the only place we can get them fixed
is at boomers in ok city.where they bought them
tri-PAC is 100 times more reliable.
They went cheap and now there paying the price
in down time because they refuse to turn the idle on the trucks.
we got about 75 new trucks with theses pieces of junk.
They have so many problems with them that the dealer
has to come to our yard and is given a bay in the shop
all day on Saturdays just to fix them because they dont
have enough room at there place for the amount of
APU"S that need to be fixed.and that's every saturday
like clock work. -
Still no issues here. The generator is nice. However landline magazine had a deal about different apu's and generators. Here is the link: http://www.landlinemag.com/Magazine/2004/Feb/BottomLine/generators-apus.aspx

Mine was installed 3 months ago by boomer. During this period I did not have any problems.

Let me tell you the situation I am currently in. I have a Dynasys unit that has 808 hours on it. The AC side went out before I got the truck and I let it ride until I had to get it fixed. The closest repair site to me is the Haines City, FL Rush. 400 miles away. When I first took it in on 10 July, they found the coolant supply tank was cracked. This part still has not arrived. It was expected on 17 July. This part is needed to get the engine running, so they can THEN fix the A/C! The guys at Rush are really professional, but they cant light a fire under Dynasys to get the part to them. I can only imagine how long the parts for the A/C are going to take. SO at a minimum it looks like it will be well into August before it is fixed. What this means to me is $340 a week for lease expenses and no way to offset it.
Absolute junk. -
