By the way, appointment times are right on the Qualcomm. They tell you that you can call to check if you can deliver early or if you have a problem with the appointment time to let them know ahead of time if you can't make it. Deliveries are set for about 50 mph, and our trucks do near 70. We also run toll roads and have EZ Pass for them, and can get advances to run Oklahoma and Kansas toll roads. So apparently kid can't make it even though the appointment times are easy as hell because of what I just laid out.

 

Sounds like this was a training issue. Seems like he didn't understand how appointment times work at Lessors. Does anyone know if this person was a rookie or an experienced driver ?

 

You need at least a year to come over here. No rookies at Lessors. No training program/trainers.

 

Tell him to go get a job with Heartland Express. I hear they have a few driving jobs available. Good pay and benefits. They get you home every weekend.

The Lessor driver I talked with yesterday morning claims he was issued a new truck in January with less than 1000 miles on it. Supposedly already got 80k on it now.
