I think he is talking about the Marion, OH storage yard. Be wary of all the Chrysler storage lots, lots of air dam and bumper cover damages. Cassens shuttle drivers come off the back of their trucks way too fast and some of the broker operators use 3 cars wedge trailers without adaquate clearances. I have seen it first hand and paid claims first hand because of my lack of inspection diligence.

Know you guys have had that air head salesman start hollowing keys. I can't find but one key. First thing I do is tell them give me the key. Walk about 30 yards away from the car and tell them to see if it cranks. IT DOES,,, the other key is in there somewhere and I make dang sure I let them know this.. Hopefully they will remember me the next time and I don't have to go through that BS with them again and there places that will charge a key back to you. Companies allow some of this BS to. They ain't going to argue with whats paying their bills. Be careful on that one. .
All companies are notified within 72 hours of damage. Some 48. Management contacted me by a note put in my check stub sent to the house THREE months after I dropped the car a fuel cap door had a chip in it. . They don't like you to call the dealerships but I think I talked to everyone that was remotely in management at that dealership 5 times, their kids and their kids kids, and drug it through the port where it was picked up to. If your company does not contact you within a day or so after they know it, raise living hell. Its piss poor management that does not care about their drivers any more than that. Hopefully this issue does not happen where you work.Last edited: Dec 1, 2014

Had an Armada once, couldn't find the keys anywhere but it started so I loaded it knowing they were in there somewhere.
About an hr after I dropped it get a call saying dealer can't find the keys. I reply neither could I but there in there or it wouldn't have started. After a few hrs going back and forth between the dealer and TM I get a call saying the dealer found them. They were under the carpet in the rear cargo area.Hammer166 Thanks this. -
Back haul out of Canton had a Armada turned around backwards T3, nothing in the middle one on the back and blew the back window in and it was not close to anything so just be careful on those. They will bust.

Hauling cars sounds like a nightmare after reading a couple pages of this soap opera. I hate cars and most of the people who drive them anyway

Well - - that was refreshing .........
KANSAS TRANSIT and Hammer166 Thank this. -
Super Dutys having issues with damage to the front door, just behind window about a handwidth up. Same height on rear, but on rolled edge at rear of window, mainly right, but occassional left. Also, Mustangs, plastic panel at rear of rocker has been loose on a few.
Speedloader Thanks this. -
