at home for my days off, it worked out with my days since my wifes birthday is today. Going to take her to breakfast, plan to take her to a nice restaurant tonight as well, other than that I have no clue.

It was a nice day today.
Delivered my load in Ogden and picked up a Kimberly Clark load bound for 3 Costco's in the Seattle area.
That KC is a nice place. Very easy and quick, friendly people.
I shut down at the J in Twin Falls, ID with 8 minutes left on my 70.
I'll have exactly 10 hours on my 70 tomorrow, so I can make it to Ellensburg, WA. -
jurupa terminal ca. got lucky this morning. dropped that load at quaker(pepsi)in tolleson and the guy said the other load is already preloaded. so grabbed it and ran it down here. stopped first at walmart west of cabezzzon and called dl to see if i could come and do my 10 at terminal and said yes. good cause i wanted to watch usa beat belgiun
. im about 20 miles from final and will leave around 1130. will have 10 hrs to work local tomorrow b4 going to freinds house for 4 days. already have a preplan picking up at bueana park again but tcalling it here tomorrow

Petro in Milan, NM. Today my DM tried to plan me on 3 nice loads out of Reno on Thursday. Plus 1 would not allow it. Was saying that I did not have enough hour left in the day to pick up and deliver on time. The worst part, when I get mt, I have over 5 hours left for the day. Plus one was looking at where I was at and figuring avg speed of 50mph. One load was Reno to the Twin Cities, and my DM already had one there right back to PHX. Now have to wait until Wednesday when closer and Plus 1 can see that I will have hours. By then, the good loads will be gone and all that will be left, crap. She did have 2 that where going to the PHX area and told her, not happening. Holiday weekend and get stuck in PHX. NOPE. Plus one need to go away.

Plus 1 is yet another reason to run Command loads. My guy at Command emails me with the REAL pickup & delivery times along with the pickup number.
Personally I think we're stuck with Plus 1 for a while. Somebody WAY UP the management thought it up and no one in middle management has the guts to tell the creator that it doesn't work.fr8monkey Thanks this. -
At the Love's in Springville, UT. I deliver tomorrow morning in Salt Lake then pickup a t-called paper load headed for Phoenix. Looks like the paper was picked up on June 18th and isn't due in Phoenix til July 7th. I could care less as I get to spend the 4th with my family.

Hiding and not disclosing the real times is my number one issue and always has been! I can plan myself better between loads if I know REAL and FULL info! What other business would hide that info from a business partner....none that I know of.....
