No pets I believe, but there are some I have seen with dogs. They dont really get involved in your business too much

You start at 25% unless you have expirence. The % doesn't really matter to me, it's the loads that matter. If you get 30 % at another company but they haul cheap freight all the time, you will still make less than a guy at 25 % hauling good loads.

Around here ( Western,Pa ) they are a bottom feeder. They expanded to other states to forget about the reputation in their home state.:biggrin_2559:

Good luck. Orientation is kinda a bummer, but after that it's good working for them. I have been here 2 years now. I am in the specialized division, so it is a little different, but it's a good place to work

Thanks for the heads up cjr323. What's the bummer part of orientation? Heavy haul is my long term goal so hopefully one day, I'll be able to move over to the specialized division.

Just paperwork, power point, and listening to some safety people who never drove a truck tell you how things should be. It's not too bad just not my kind of party.

PGT does hire out of Vermont. They bought Liedtka Trucking last August and load frequently out of New England.
